Details
This bulk box of 100 .45 ACP cartridges from American Eagle, Federal Premium Ammunition’s range brand, is a great choice for range practice with your 1911, Glock 21, Sig P220, or other compatible firearm. Like most .45 Auto loads, it uses a 230-grain full metal jacket and achieves muzzle velocities around 890 feet per second. All of the cartridges use Boxer-primed brass cases.
Federal ammunition is considered an excellent value due to its combination of moderate price, cleanliness, superior accuracy, and reliability. Federal’s American Eagle range line complements its renowned HST and Hydra-shok personal defense cartridges and Fusion and Power-shok hunting series, allowing shooters to enjoy a consistent shooting experience wherever they go.
Founded in 1922, Federal Premium Ammunition currently belongs to Alliant Techsystems but remains headquartered in its historic production plant in Anoka, Minnesota, where a team of over 1,400 workers oversees the manufacture of vast quantities of ammo and works to design new and innovative cartridges to serve the discerning needs of shooters across the country.
