Details
A budget range style ammunition for your .380 ACP needs. This ammunition is a 95 grain FMJ round ball projectile with enough powder charge to reliably cycle most small firearms. The Remington UMC is a proven line of value based ammunition that offers solid components at a cheaper price point than other high quality American rounds.
Most .380 Autos are quite picky with regards to ammunition, they are tightly sprung to compensate for the abrupt, snappy recoil of the cartridge and they typically need a larger break in period for shooters. One of the real benefits of a mainstream round like the Remington UMC, is that it is able to bridge across many makes and models of .380 Autos. Generally this ammunition fits well with many of the newer style of .380 ACP semi-autos.
The pricing of this ammunition makes it a good candidate for range time with your firearm, but it isn’t necessarily the first choice for personal defense. The load offers a moderate set of ballistics for the caliber with a 955 fps velocity out of the barrel and 190 ft. lbs. of energy, making it good for cycling but low for anything else considering other more potent rounds available and the FMJ projectile style.
