This is a true target load. Its full metal jacket is the simplest type of bullet a semi-automatic rifle is able to fire, and its lack of any features which produce terminal expansion only make the FMJ even more cost-effective. But just to be sure, Ammo Inc. does not add any steel to their nonmagnetic bullets!

This cartridge’s 150 grain bullet achieves a muzzle velocity of 2,980 fps. It’s not a match grade bullet by any measure, but at that starting velocity it will stay supersonic until about 1,080 yards.
