Whether you want to take your bolt-action or semi-automatic 223 Rem rifle out varmint hunting, Remington’s Premier Accutip-V ammunition is just the way to go about it. This ammo is made in America so Americans can hunt American varmints. Very American!
The AccuTip-V delivers explosive results on impact. Its hard amber-colored polymer tip rests on the rim of the bullet’s thin copper jacket and soft lead core. When the tip slams inward on impact, it forces the following components to violently burst apart into many fragments making it effective for varmint hunting.
The AccuTip-V’s polymer tip also streamlines its overall profile. The 55 grain bullet’s rotationally stable core and jacket also contribute to its 0.225 G1 ballistic coefficient, which is just another way of saying the bullet should maintain a supersonic velocity until approximately 650 yards. The round’s effective range for varmint hunting is much shorter than that, of course, but you’ll still enjoy great accuracy over realistic distances.
This 5.56 compatible 223 ammo is loaded with non-corrosive Boxer primers and newly minted brass cases. Reload it if you please!
