But its max chamber pressure is higher than standard: 36,500 psi, as opposed to 35,000 psi. 9mm NATO isn’t as hot as 9mm +P (which has a chamber pressure ceiling of 38,500 psi), but we’d still only recommend firing it in a pistol that’s rated for +P, just to be safe.
