Looking for 9mm range ammo that has a little extra pep in its step – but don’t necessarily want to train with 9mm +P? Then 9mm NATO is the answer! Winchester loaded this ammo to North Atlantic Treaty Organization specs so you can train with flatter trajectories and hit your targets just a little bit harder!
This cartridge’s 124 grain full metal jacket is pretty normal. Neither its copper-alloy jacket nor its lead core can attract a magnet, and its round nose profile means it won’t expand as it tunnels through a soft medium. What makes a 9mm NATO round special is its higher chamber pressure: ~36,500 psi, which places it between standard pressure (≤35,000 psi) and overpressure (≤38,500 psi).
An important word of advice: although this ammo technically isn’t +P, it’s still only safe for handguns that are designed to handle +P ammo’s higher chamber pressure. Check your firearm’s manual if you aren’t sure (or ask us in the Q&A below). This noncorrosive American-made ammo is loaded with reloadable brass cases.
