Steel. It is used to make motorcycles. It is used to make motorcycle ramps. It is used to make school buses. Without steel, no one would be able to jump over school buses on motorcycles. Does that sound like the kind of world you would want to live in? We think not!
But did you know that steel can also be used to manufacture cost-effective shell casings? That’s right! Thanks to Magtech’s Steel line of ammunition, you can now avoid paying for a significant amount of brass when you stock up on 9mm range ammo!
This ammo’s steel cases are extra shiny because they are plated in corrosion-resistant zinc. The one big caveat with steel cases is that they are absolutely worthless as handloading components, however, so do not make plans to reload these Brazilian-made rounds.
This ammo is completely noncorrosive. Its cases will attract a magnet, quite naturally, although its 115 grain full metal jacket bullets will not. They have lead cores and copper-alloy jackets, and they’re due to clear a 4” barrel’s muzzle at a velocity of 1,135 fps – just faster than the speed of sound, although you can still expect fairly low recoil.
